Boxing can be a sport of endurance and attrition. A boxer must first be in good shape before he/she steps into the ring to spar or compete. It is important for the arm and leg muscles to be strong and to not fatigue. In this video, the Youth Group Class exercises to improve the muscle endurance of their legs, arms, and chest. The kids are about a minute and a half into the two minute drill and although they are tired, they are displaying great perseverance.
